Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Booking is mandatory and can only be done online. No tickets are sold at the entrance. Only a limited number of visitors are admitted per time slot.
How much does a ticket cost?
- Adults: 10 euros
- Under 18 (on the day of the visit): free — booking is still required
You can book for up to 10 people, children included.
How long does the visit take?
Allow about 60 minutes for the full route: the first-floor salons and a short 250-metre walk through the garden.
Is the Palace wheelchair accessible?
The first-floor salons are accessible to wheelchair users via the lift. The number of wheelchair users per time slot is limited — please mention this when booking so we can guarantee lift access and the necessary assistance.
The second part of the visit (garden and exit through a gallery with stairs) is not wheelchair accessible.
Can I take photos?
Yes. Tripods, other accessories and lengthy photo sessions are not allowed. Please do not obstruct other visitors.
Can I bring my backpack?
Backpacks up to 30 litres are allowed. Large backpacks and trolleys are not permitted. Baby carriers are allowed. Sharp objects and pepper spray are prohibited. Random checks are carried out.
Are guided tours available?
No. No guided tours are organised during the summer expo.
Is there a place to eat or drink?
No. Picnicking during the visit is not allowed. A shop at the end of the route offers books, postcards and souvenirs — electronic or contactless payment is recommended.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired visitors.
